The Sports Shop strives to provide the best service and customer satisfaction to every one of our valued customers. In the event that a return is necessary, we will accept and refund purchases under the following conditions:
Any order cancelled within 24 hours will be fully refunded.
All other items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
All items must be unopened and in the original packing.
Returns of opened or used products will be accepted in the event of a product defect provided it is within 30 days of purchase.
Any items being shipped back to us should be addressed to the store location.

There is no restocking fee; however the customer is responsible for any costs incurred when shipping the returned item back to The Sports Shop.
Footwear may be returned as long as it has not been worn outside.
All unused, new bats in their original “shrink wrapped” packaging may be returned to The Sports Shop within 15 days of purchase. All defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer. There are no refunds on "CLOSEOUT Bats" (any bat that is discounted we consider closeout).
Returns meeting all of the required criteria will be offered an exchange or refund to the original method of payment.
